Turnagain Arm Ice Chunks Piling Up

Driving along Turnagain Arm and big big chunks of ice!

Elder Moffitt and Sister Moffitt are in the Chugach Zone.

Here are members of our zone conference.

President and Sister Robinson are in the very center with us.

Zone Conference Competition

The Elders are crashing their vehicles again.

One of our favorite activities is Hmong Night on Friday nights.  We play games and have a spiritual thought with the youth and kids in our branch!

Chair soccer!  Elder Moffitt and I didn't do too well with it!

Alaskan Winter Wonderland

This is the hoar frost clinging to our trees, bushes, and fences.

Just a little pile of snow in our mission office parking lot!
Elder Moffitt claims he shoveled all this snow!

One more day of snow and we won't be able to find our mission cars!
They will be lost until the spring thaw!!

Our weekend lodging is located on the most appropriate named street in Anchorage.

It is in a very secluded area with limited traffic.

We have some regular guests that come to visit and stay the night with us on occasion.

Bullwinkle is her father. She was lost on New Year's Eve.
Sister and Elder Moffitt have been working on our new accommodations here. The snow removal has piled up the snow in the back parking lot so that I can fashion a multi-room igloo with all of the necessary conveniences of our home in Clovis, CA. We are sure the the air conditioning is working well and the bedrooms in our new igloo will be cool and comfortable.

Sister Moffitt is now going into our fully furnished igloo with running water and flush toilets.

Anyone have any ideas what this delicacy was at the zone conference in Fairbanks??
